Refund Policy
- Trial Classes:
We offer one free trial class to all new students. This allows you to experience our teaching methods and decide if our academy is the right fit for you. - Cancellation and Refund Requests:
Before Course Commencement: If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the course starts, you will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Within First Two Classes: If you are not satisfied after attending the first two classes, you can request a full refund of the remaining classes. The refund will be processed minus any administrative charges.
After Two Classes: No refunds will be issued if you request a cancellation after attending more than two classes. - Missed Classes:
Missed classes will not be refunded. However, you may reschedule up to two classes per month if notified at least 24 hours in advance. - Class Rescheduling and Cancellations by Queenside Academy:
In the rare event that a class is canceled by the academy, we will provide a make-up class at no additional charge. If we need to reschedule a class, we will inform you at least 24 hours in advance, and you will have the option to attend the rescheduled class or pick another date at your convenience for the same. - Technical Issues:
We understand that technical issues can occur. If a class cannot be conducted due to technical difficulties on our end, a make-up session will be arranged. If technical issues prevent you from attending a class, please inform us immediately to discuss rescheduling options. - Special Circumstances:
Refunds for special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with any such requests. - Refund Processing:
All refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
